<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;"><strong>TopFive Flytt &amp; St&auml;d AB</strong>, Magnegatan 40, 19557 M&Auml;RSTA, Sweden, corporate ID no. 559492-3814, operates a rental business where companies and private individuals can rent equipment and vehicles. Orders are placed online, with pick-up or drop-off at a designated location, or via home delivery. The service also offers a membership program that provides benefits for frequent renters.</p>

<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">These terms apply to the rental and sale of goods and services from <a href="http://www.easybil.se/">www.easybil.se</a> to businesses and private individuals. Together with your order, these terms form the complete agreement for the purchase.</p>

<h3 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">2. Definition of Parties</h3>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;"><strong>Lessor / Seller</strong>: TopFive Flytt &amp; St&auml;d AB, referred to as &ldquo;we&rdquo;, &ldquo;us&rdquo;, &ldquo;the lessor&rdquo; or &ldquo;EasyBil.se&rdquo; in these terms.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;"><strong>Lessee</strong>: The person named as the lessee or buyer in the order, referred to as &ldquo;lessee&rdquo;, &ldquo;customer&rdquo;, &ldquo;you&rdquo; or &ldquo;your&rdquo;.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;"><strong>Rental Item</strong>: Any vehicle, tool, equipment, machine, or other item rented out via easybil.se.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;"><strong>Delivery Method / Service Point</strong>: Refers to pick-up or return at a store, at a service point, or via home delivery.</p>

<h3 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">3. Payment, Deposit and Prices</h3>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">Payment is made by Visa or Mastercard on our website via our payment provider, which meets the highest security standards. The lessee pays upon ordering, and the rental agreement is considered binding at that time.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">EasyBil.se follows standard rental industry practice and reserves the deposit amount stated in the order confirmation. The deposit serves as security in case the item is returned late, damaged, or not returned at all. The amount varies by item and is stated in the order confirmation. We may use the deposit to cover rent, repair costs, compensation claims, and other costs according to section 5.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">All prices include VAT. The total cost, including all charges related to the rental or purchase, is shown before you place your order. In the event of obvious pricing errors on easybil.se, we reserve the right to unilaterally change, remove, or reject orders &mdash; even after confirmation &mdash; but will inform the customer within a reasonable time.</p>

<h3 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">4. Condition of the Rental Item</h3>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">We commit to delivering rental items of high quality and in working order. All equipment is inspected and maintained before and after each rental.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">During the rental period, you are responsible for all damage to or loss of the item, unless caused by a technical defect or fault. You must check the item before use and contact us if it is not in the expected condition.</p>

<h3 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">5. Damage</h3>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">All damage, technical faults, or accidents during the rental period must be reported immediately to EasyBil.se at <a href="mailto:support@easybil.se">support@easybil.se</a>. This also applies in the event of theft.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">If the damage is due to misuse, negligence, or intent, we may use the deposit and, if necessary, charge additional amounts to cover repair or replacement costs. This also applies if the item is returned excessively dirty.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">We may provide advice on using the item, but we are not responsible for direct or indirect damages or losses resulting from use, delays, or faults in the item.</p>

<h3 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">6. Use of the Rental Item</h3>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">Rental items are used at your own risk. You must be at least 18 years old.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">You are responsible for handling the item and any accessories properly, and protecting them from damage or abnormal dirt. We provide manuals and safety instructions, which you must read and follow.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">Protective gear must be used where required.</p>

<h3 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">7. Accessories</h3>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">Accessories are purchased or rented separately and selected based on the intended task. The website states what is included in the delivery. Safety equipment may be offered on the site. Personal accessories (e.g., respirators) and consumables (e.g., saw blades) are not rented out. For unused purchased accessories, the right of withdrawal in section 12 applies.</p>

<h3 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">8. Lessee&rsquo;s Rights and Obligations</h3>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">You must be at least 18 years old and provide correct customer information when registering.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">Customer notifications are sent to the email address you provide and are considered received when sent by us.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">Your user account is personal. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify us immediately. We reserve the right to suspend accounts for breaches of these terms.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">Rental items must be returned on time and at the agreed location. Late returns or damaged items may incur fees and compensation charges under the agreement.</p>

<h3 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">9. Order Changes</h3>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">To change an order, you must contact us. The change is only valid once confirmed in writing. The rental period can be extended before or during the rental.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">If changes reduce availability for other customers, a fee may apply (currently SEK 300).</p>

<h3 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">10. Pick-Up and Return</h3>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">Pick-up and return take place as stated in the order confirmation. You must present your booking reference and ID.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">We are responsible for the item until it is handed over to you. You are responsible until it is returned. If the return is complete and in accordance with the agreement, the reserved deposit amount will be released.</p>

<h3 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">11. Membership</h3>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">Membership offers discounted prices and other benefits. It renews automatically until cancelled by the member.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">Cancellation is done via &ldquo;My Pages&rdquo; on easybil.se and remains valid until the end of the current period.</p>

<h3 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">12. Right of Withdrawal on Purchases</h3>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">Under Swedish consumer law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal on purchased (but not rented) goods, starting from the delivery date. The item must be in its original condition.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">If the value is reduced due to use, a deduction may be made from the refund. Returns must be in the original packaging and accompanied by a withdrawal form.</p>

<h3 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">13. Intellectual Property Rights</h3>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">The content and the service are protected by copyright. Images are used with permission from rights holders. Links to third-party sites (e.g., YouTube) are outside our control.</p>
